I was scheduled with the hiring manager for three separate occassions, with the interview needing to be rescheduled every time - sometimes minutes after the interview was supposed to happen. Eventually, at the third interview scheduled, the hiring manager never called at the scheduled time and the talent recruiter never returned my follow-up inquiry. I was ghosted, which tells me something about the leadership culture.

There was an initial 1 hour phone interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with a more senior recruiter, then I was flown to Boise for a half day of panel interviews.
