It was done on Skype. The whole process was about two hours, two interviewers in total, one engineer for the first hour and one manager for the second. Questions were basic.

There was an written exam where basics of gate was asked.
There were 2 rounds of interviews and no hr round was there. The interview was great and if they like you you will be selected.

One round of Technical Interview with the team. General questions on Verilog, timing analysis were asked. The HR called after few days for negotiating the offer. The overall process was great.

2+ week interview process. The interviewer was very friendly and encouraging. it was an easy interview. they start with very basic questions and increase the difficulty. they have some open-ended questions but they will give some hints.
