I applied through company' web and went for 2nd round interview after one week later of 1st round. Next day(Friday) after my 2nd round, HR called me and told me that my 2nd round interview was successful and I was super happy. And he told me that he'll call me again next week for job offer approval. Then, I was waiting for the call until 2 weeks and I haven't retrieved any call yet. Thus, I email HR and he replied that they are still pending approvals and without approvals, they can't offer jobs at this point. I'm feeling quite hopeless now and don't know how to carry on with this. The interviewers looked quite satisfied with my answers and seemed ok. Do I have a hope to get offer as my interview was successful? or they gave vacancy to another person? What should I do :( ? Please help me...
