Recruiter reached out to me on a Sunday. That should have been a red flag there. After interviewing with Recruiter, I was scheduled to do 4 Interviews with different people on the team. The first 3 interviews went as scheduled, before the last interview it was randomly pushed back a week. Which was odd since I met everyone on the team and hiring manager already. After the last interview I got a feeling that someone was already chosen for the role and he just went through the motions. So After doing 5 interviews and for a process that took over 2+ months I was met with the basic rejection email, thats after I followed up with the recruiter and was ghosted. Replied to generic email and was ghosted again without being provided any details.
