Was asked basic Digital Circuits Questions and some logic problem solving problems followed by hspice netlist related questions.

I received a call from hiring manager and gave me the date for phone interview the next day. The phone interview was short and easy. As the position needed skills in scripting and little bit of circuit design fuundamentals, they asked me basic question about the shell, perl, and cadence SKILL scripting. Then came the circuit design question, they were straight forward, few questions were silly. they asked inverter structure(transistor-level), buffering, difference between sequential and combinational ckts. They asked me to come for on-site the next week which had 4 rounds (30-45min) of technical and 1 HR. Most of the questions asked were scripting related and my previous experience.
