I find the interview very well managed. After they review your application you get a short written task assignment in order to see how you handle situations and how much knowledge you have. After that you have an interview which is about an hour and it is very nice. After the interview there is another written assignment, this time a bit more complicated and after that you have the last round of interview. Shortly after that (no longer than 5 days) you are informed if they will hire you.
