They simply test they AI product on interview, you can buypass it just by namedroping the words ai want to hear. it will take you about 30 min and then you will get coding task in not good site (you can't test or run your application on java), after it AI will decide your skill set and give you a chance to meet actuall tech interview. So it's bassically just 2 extra layers that decides nothing.
