Nice first talk with HR about skills, experience and motivations. I had to prepare a long presentation for the second interview. This was with two Sales Managers with the result of an awful experience. Both presented themselves on Zoom not properly neat and pretended having wifi issues to switch off their cameras. They used a negative feedback about every question I discussed. They said they could not hire someone outside UK at that stage. Well they knew I was not in UK from the beginning of the process so they used me to cover their internal process. Unprofessional and time consuming. Fortunately it has been better not to have to work with them.
