It was a group interview of around 10-15 people and they pair you up with a partner. Firstly they give you a few minutes to get to know your partner and talk about yourselves to them. After that you have to introduce them to everyone and give a brief summary of what you've learnt about your partner and they have to do the same about you. Then each group has to answer 3 randomized questions relating to certain work environment scenarios. In my opinion I prefer 1 on 1 interviews since I personally don't do well in front of crowds but other than that it was a cool experience.
