Its a straight forward interview with the RSM ( Retail Sales Manager) and GM ( General Manager ) if you are a qualified candidate, you'll take a test and then meet with the Regional Manager for a final interview. The questions are probably different if you're not a current employee, which i was. But as long as your focus is on appearance of the store and understanding the importance of cycle counts for inventory, you should be fine.
