The interview was conducted with a panel of all the immediate personnel that I would be working with. A packet of questions were provided that I had to answer and the panel members that asked each question would alternate. The entire interview took approximately 2 hours. Within this time, this included the panel asking specific questions, follow up questions, and potential scenarios that I would need to respond to. That latter part of the interview involved a skills test that was not timed but how long you took was observed.
