Application packet online, Skype interview (in person if you are local). They didn't allow me to extend the deadline for responding to the offer. I guess their tactic is to grab who they like first.

It basically depends on what your qualification and experience is with respect to the course you are going to be teaching. Interview is relatively easy. Good grades in the course previously helps.
