The interview process was shaky from the beginning. HR took a very long time to respond to me and a professional that I know who works at that institution pushed HR to get me at least an in person interview due to her seeing the potential I would’ve brought forth to the company. The in person interview felt very intimidating and shaky. Less than 24 hours after the interview, the HR rep emailed me saying that I was not considered and that they are going with other candidates. They did not want me to work for them in the get go. It seemed like the company did not want me to begin with due to the delayed response and lack of urgency for contact from HR and the managers.
