I applied online which consisted of timed test and personality quiz. and about a week later i got a call to come in for the interview which was at a local office cause it was a new store and it wasent built yet. When i came into the interview i was greeted by a group of people and they asked me basic questions such as Why did you pick here? What does michaels mean to you? After a couple of more questions they told me i got the job and gave me the start date. They also gave me my position which was sales floor.
