Stimulating. Phone interview with manager first. Then a Panel interview with the manager, supervisor and CRL in attendance. Focus was on finding if I was a good fit, I think, more than my skill level.

They read from several clinical scenarios and asked how I would go about managing the situations.
Applied online.. got a call asking if I could come in for an in person interview. Met with manager and CPL.. went over resume and asked scenario based question, demonstrated HTT assessment.. got the call 2 days later.

It took 6 weeks when i heard back. I was called to schedule an in person interview and asked my availability after that I was told to wait for a confirmation about the interview . and heard back after 2 weeks.

You have a pt presenting pneumonia and diabetic, tachy, low hr. what will you do, what do you think is happening with your pt, what are your assessments, what meds to give, how many mg of meds, what labs and why.
