Applied online. Received a phone call about 2 days later. Contacted me about a week later for an in-person interview. It was pretty straight forward, fairly casual. Questions about my experience with difference Architecture programs (Revit, Sketchup,AutoCad). Got a call a few days later to see how I flt the interview went. Hear from the recruiter every now and then to say the process is still ongoing. Been going on for a few months.

Efficient and effective 3-step interview process!
- Initial recruiter call (30 mins) to discuss background and interests
- In-person manager interview (1 hour) to assess fit and culture
- Technical phone call with senior architect (45 mins) to review expertise
Fast and thorough, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the role and company. Great experience!

Their recruiter was good, interview was ok,it sounds like an interesting place to work. However I never heard back from them, yes or no. I would have preferred to hear at least something from them.
