Very lengthy process. There were four rounds of interviews. The first round was with a panel and included a powerpoint presentation. They gave me only a day and a half notice before the interview to get off work that day and prepare the presentation. The next rounds were more professional with higher level administrators.

Entrevista
I was asked to give a PowerPoint presentation in front of a panel. For the second round, I had an interview with the hiring manager. She told me she would call me the next day and to make sure I was available for her call. She never called. I followed up via email and phone, but never heard back from her.
Having invested so much time and effort in the interview process, I feel I at least deserved a call or email saying I was not selected. Being that MDC is a well-respected institution, I expected to be treated with more tact and professionalism.
