The interview process was very professional. It included a few phone interviews (HR, Finance, Marketing, Director of Sales), then an in person interview (Director of Sales & Chief Sales Officer).

The interview process involved a phone screening with HR, than moved to phone interviews with the Sales Director, regional sales managers across the country, and 2 key internal contacts. From there you have a live interview, just to get the feel of each other. Mezzetta is big on making sure that the candidate interviews the Mezzetta employees to ensure it is a good fit for both parties.
