First interview was a phone screen with a woman from the HR department. We scheduled a 15 minute call and she asked me about my experience, my goals, and where I need to be financially. After telling her about myself, she briefed me on the position and company, then she asked if I was interested in pursuing a face to face interview, which I scheduled for the following week. The face to face was with a sales manager, and it was prob close to an hour long. I tend to talk a lot, so this may be a little longer than average. I was also able to have a look around the facility, which is very nice!
