Started by asking what I knew about the company then some technical questions on Java and SOA. Feedback was that I answered the technical questions well but did not show enough interest in Mettle the company or passion for the Mettle brand. I suggest if interviewing do lots of research on Mettle and prepare some company specific questions you can which will express your interest in work they are delivering and what products they are providing for their customers.
