Applied online. Had a quick phone interview with the CEO. Then came in for a 2 hour interview. I was interviewed by the CEO in his office. Then I was interviewed by the sales manager in his office. I did not get a chance to meet anyone else, but I took a quick look inside the sales room. I was interrupted a couple times while being interviewed, mostly by salespeople who had questions. Very straightforward process. While I was interested in the job, I got the impression that they felt I was "over qualified" for the position. After sending some follow-up emails, I was asked to come back in and I was expecting an offer. But I decided to turn down the job because it was strictly a commission base job, and because I felt there was little if no training offered.
