Great professional and welcoming staff from the very beginning of entering the Peel building based in Hendon. Interview process was better than expected and the entire team during the assessment where 100% friendly, supportive and positive.

Once you are past this you have an assesment at Hendon. First there was a simulated call centre exercise. If you passed that then you had an interview.
