They were rushed and not respectful. There is a lot of paperwork required beforehand. I misunderstood a question and they laughed. Would not recommend. I’m grateful this didn’t work out.

I had a phone screening interview with someone from HR. This person didn't know well the position that we were talking about, since she couldn't answer very basic questions. We went over my resume and focused on insignificant details that were not relevant to the position. At the end of the interview she asked for my desired salary and she wasn't happy about it. She told me to look somewhere else.
