Interviews usually include a manager and several supervisors. They usually run about 2 hours and begin with details about the company and the position. Usually only one of the supervisors does the talking; the others may not say anything at all. They have a long set of questions, and they ask everyone pretty much the same thing. There really are no specific questions about the knowledge and skills required for the position, but mostly about your personality, if you are able to pick things up quickly, if you will accept doing things a certain way even if you don't agree, your attention to detail, etc.
