I applied online and received a email for a phone interview a couple days later. I interviewed with a recruiter who was super easy to talk to and I felt that the phone interview went well. He even sent me a email letting me know he'll be sending my info to the team & to email him if I had any questions. I replied and thanked him for chatting with me. The following week I asked for an update on the interview, but didn't get a response back. I went to go live my life and not think about it and sent another follow-up email the following week. No response. Unfortunately, a generic "thank your for applying, but we decided too..." email was sent to me a few days before, but went to my SPAM account instead so I never saw it (was a sign from the universe). I wished I would have gotten a rejection response from the recruiter rather then a bland automotive email.
