The interview is as straight forward as any other interview. Depending on who interviews you will depend on whether or not you like it. I remember feeling a little belittled after my interview and was pretty sure I was not getting the job, but then I got it. They mainly just ask about your experience and qualifications. If they decide to hire you then you will work as an unarmed officer for $9.00 an hour until your Armed Guard License comes in, then you will be Armed and make $12 an hour. Its a fairly easy hiring process and interview.
