It was quick and smooth. They started with my experience in customer service and education. Then they gave me five questions based on amaze to answer which were on STAR method basis. Overall it was nice experience and I got my result back in like 3-4 days.

Really good and formal and easy to talk with the interviewer’s. The questions that they have asked, I have practiced using it own experience. Also asked them a few questions about the company and how it runs. And whether if they give bought training when starting.
Very focused on people attributes, quite refreshing in today’a digital age. Quick aptitude test, short phone interview and then onto face to face interaction. All interviewer were pleasant, but had the feeling they weren’t sure they knew what they were looking for either
