The interview process was straightforward, no curveball questions but no slowpitch softball questions either. The interviewers made me feel comfortable and relaxed. If you aren't the type of person that "locks up" in a new pressure situation, you'll do fine. You do take a written test prior to the interview which tests your general knowledge of aviation, the study guide that you might get before the test is very broad so I'd suggest going in to the test with a good knowledge of commercial & general aviation related to the job you are applying for.
