First Round, Phone interview : consisted of technical marketing experience questions, direct campaign management specifics, conflict management handling, customer dispute resolution tactics, career goals, etc.
Quick turnaround from first interview and called in for second interview.
Second Round, in person interview: met with hiring manager, direct expectations addressed up front. Questions around general knowledge and experience in PPC, standard aptitude questions and work/time management
Immediate introduction to Sr. Management after second round
Third Round : Lots of specific questions about PPC & internet marketing in general (50+ questions). Questions became increasingly difficult to the point where i did not know all of the answers and i have been managing campaigns for 5+ years. Lots of scenario based questions surrounding experience. Lots of focus on problem solving skills and ability to solve complex SEM issues. Thought i did well on most questions but not sure if i answered all questions correctly. 5 scenario based problem solving questions i think the last of which was a riddle, answered 3 out of the 5 questions, no problem.
