There were two interviews in one day. The first was with a manager and a writer. They asked the usual questions about my experience, approach to handling PR work, and how I worked with junior and senior staff, and clients. The second interview was with management. They began by outlining issues with junior staff and how they might be addressed if I joined. Then we discussed agency strategy and planning. Overall it was straightforward.
