I applied via the online job posted, was contacted via email and phone for interview, and interviewed with a panel of the director of nursing, nurse manager, and nurse educator. They were exceptionally kind, genuine people. I have high regard for the patient care they provide.

the interview process was smooth and moved along in a timely manner. the process was a 3 step interview process that moved pretty quickly along. The interviewer makes it a point to tell you about the healthcare system and what the establishment is all about.

It was a Job Fair for new graduates. Everyone shows up and visits different tables to do mass interviews with all the local hospitals for the residency program. If the interviewer like you, they will then invite you for a more formal interview at the actual hospital of choice.

My interview took place over the phone, and 2 interviews total. In a separate phone call prior to interviewing with the director, Human Resources personnel went over all the details of the job and was he was very helpful.
