I was contacted by their HR person who set up an interview. At the interview, I was interviewed by the department head and two team leaders. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was asked simple questions like strengths vs. weaknesses, what am I looking for in an employer, what type of hours can I work, etc. Afterwards, I took a test that had pretty basic respiratory care concepts.

Friendly atmosphere. One of the best interview I had. Wonderful experience, friendly people, great interviewers. Very nice facility. You have to take a writing Skills test. You have to go thru 3 types of interviews: a phone interview with the recruiter, a second interview with the director and a third interview with peers. They were all very easy, no pressure.
