Interview set up with CEO. I was on time but waited about 15-20 minutes. Not a big deal. The interview went really well. My background seemed to be a perfect fit. He said that I would have to quit coaching for the position due to the timing and asked me to take a few days to think about it but that he wanted me for the roll. He asked me to email him my decision. After considering my options I emailed back stating that I would quit my coaching job and accept the position. He then said we needed to continue our conversation , somewhat backtracking and I said ok let's do it and I never heard from him again. I emailed two other times and no response. VERY unprofessional!!!!
