Started with an in-person interview with my to-be supervisor, VP of sales and operations and the Owner. There were a number of hard questions that they expected you to be prepared for. It was a more relaxed atmosphere but required being able to think quickly.

There were a lot of questions not coming from a recruiting background. They are looking for competent and driven individuals. Be prepared and be quick on your feet.

Very easy, all of the information was laid out for me. They were very professional, and welcoming. They made me feel as if they understood my skills and had a genuine interest in my goal , ambitions and career goals.

Short and no follow-up. I met with one young woman who was very polite and made it sound like I was a perfect fit! I was excited. The second manager was very polite and encouraging but very distracted. The third manager left to work from home early and forgot about meeting with me. The girl explained that she was very busy. I have yet to hear back from this company.
