I recently interviewed for a Senior PM role here and went through multiple rounds. The interviewers, especially the senior professionals from outside India, were very professional, and knew what they were doing. The conversations were good, and I appreciated their approach. However, the HR process handled by the India team was extremely disappointing. Communication was very irregular and vague. After each round, there were long gaps with no clarity on next steps. When HR did reach out, it was always last minute, with generic explanations like “we are still processing your profile” and no concrete timelines. Emails and calls were unanswered for weeks, and shows complete lack of respect for a candidate’s time and effort. To the HR team: Please do better. Candidates deserve transparency and basic professional courtesy.
