Couple of interviews with senior people. Met with CEO, then direct manager. Wasn't the most professional series of interviews as one senior person was cursing regularly. Also not related to the job at all. They asked questions about testing,etc. but there is practically no programmer testing as "there isn't enough time" to do it. Also lots of questions about agile, scrum, etc but that wasn't practiced properly either.
