I had 3 step interview, was originally recruited by Insight Global. 1st Step, Online interview with HR ( for me Mike), went well. Gave Positive feedback to my recruiter. 2nd Step, in person ( was supposed to be final as i was told at the beginning) went ok, a lot of technical questions, lasted an hour, left feeling like they have trust issues (was asked for 3rd interview, for final decision). Gave Positive feedback to my recruiter. 3rd Step, Final Interview. Again, a lot of technical questions, not much talking about what they do, just a lot about my past in depth as trust issues again. Was told to wait 24 hours for results, they got back to my recruiting company ( Insight Global) and completely cancelled the review meeting, emailed saying they don't want to move forward at this time. And no feedback. Takeaway, i would join the company as a last resort, but if i got this vibe from the surface just interviewing, cant imagine what it is like to work there.
