(this is for the meta morphose assessment day, rather than an interview for working there)
I was contacted by recruiter from meta morphose upon applying for a medical sales role. did a quick telephone interview, where he asked about my background and interest for sales. then I was invited to a group assessment day a week later.
during the assessment day, there was about 12 people split into 2 groups. in our groups, we had to argue our points for the most important trait a sales person must have out of the list they gave us. after, we prepared a QVC style presentation to sell a cocktail shaker whilst individually people went into a separate room and did their 10min presentation/ interview with a manager. All 12 people who went to the assessment day passed the interview, which meant meta morphose would be happy to represent them as a recruiter. however, I have not been receiving many (if any) job opportunity from meta morphose since then and the assessment day seemed like a bit of a waste of time. but it was nice to meet like minded people that were in my group and it did give me a bump of motivation. I also found the guy who ran the session quite blunt and rude
