Entrevista
I applied through the website, and initially went through one phone screen. Later, HR scheduled three separate 1-hour technical interviews. After the first one they cancelled the remaining interviews and said they would contact me again. Three days later I got an email saying they'd decided to move forward with other candidates. The hiring manager and the engineers were very polite and the whole process was well organised.

Write a function that finds out if a number is the sum of exactly two numbers in a given array. Calculate time-complexity in Big-O notation, and say whether it can be optimised.

Entrevista
I applied through the website, and initially went through two different phone screens. I was then brought in to the office for a full day interview consisting of four one-on-one interviews. The majority of questions were technically-oriented, standard algorithms questions. Two did ask me directly: "Why are you leaving you current job?" and "Why do you want to work here?". The day I was there they had a chef come in to cook pork burgers for the whole office, which was nice (not sure if they planned that intentionally). The space was the opposite of corporate cubicles with open-seating, glass tables, and art on the walls.
