My friend helped me get this interview as she was transitioning from the company and wanted me to fill her position. She connected me with someone in HR and we had some email exchanges. Then we had a phone screening. Finally, a 3 hour in-person interview was set up involving the people I would support as well as two people from HR. Then there was a background test and general screening (calling past employers/references etc). Finally, I received a call saying they would like to give me an offer which they sent over email. This whole process took about a month.
