The company was small and new at the time. They had not announced their first product yet. A recruiter was my contact with the company. 2 rounds of interviewing with 3 engineers each, with 1 on 1 sessions. Second round lasted through lunch and I ate with 2 other employees that were not part of the interviews. The engineering interviews were typical engineering interviews with technical discussions about my experience and answering technical questions about technology related to the job.
