They took 3 rounds. First two were F2F technical and the 3rd one was F2F HR round. They told me that they have selected me till now. After all discussions(including joining date, salary discussions) HR told me that I will be going to receive a call from their senior manager for the final round. It would be a technical round again. I was surprised that they should have completed in a go. But HR said I will have a call in a day or two. After two days of waiting I mailed HR for the status update and I got a reply - “Sorry the post is on hold now. No vacancies.” I said Ok. They knew I was serving notice period so they called me on the last working day that post is again open you can join from tomorrow right ? I said no, I have some other offer. They said they will provide a better one, I said ok I will join you. The next day they said post is again on hold ! 😅😅 What a joke ! Is this how their Human Resource team works?
