Long and over complicated for a role I was overqualified for in the first place. They didn’t seem very engaged during them. They over prep you so it makes you overthink and stress. Your personality and work experience aren’t factored in at all.

Wasn't too great interviewers were consistently late. I didn't appreciate that. After the Second round of interviews I decided not to proceed. All in all terrible experience. Wish it were better.

Strightforward interview, product sense, frameworks, culture fit, behavioral. Lot of pre-interview group zoom calls to learn about Meta and teams, anecdotally a lot of people in their nice kitchens and showing their back yards.

Structured interview process. Start with a recruiter call, then 2 45 minute case study interviews. If you pass the first interview, you move into another round of 3 case study interviews. Last step is transition into team matching.
