Overall, great process! There were 4 interview rounds which consisted of a screening call with the recruiter, writing test, interview with a member of the team, and final round interviews (4 interviews and a writing portion). This process took about a month to complete, a lot faster than I expected.
My recruiters were very transparent, responsive, and respectful which made me feel very valued. The interviewers varied from very nice and attentive people who valued my time as an applicant, to those that were very robotic and didn’t seem to care at all. Not sure if it was an intimidation test or if the interviewer just had a bad day or they don’t have much experience with interviewing, but as an applicant who’s invested a lot of time for this process, I expected at the very least some sort of interest in meeting a potential new hire and a more human interaction for all of my interviews during the final round. Definitely an area that needs to be improved.

Met with multiple people on the content team. Was then given a timed UX writing test. Did well on that and was then asked to present on my background. The recruiter was very keen the whole process and then completely ghosted me at the final stage. It was extremely unprofessional, especially since the whole process took 2-3 months and took a lot of time and energy.

Was a few months long process overall, that was initially 2-3 phone interviews. Then, I had a zoom interview with two team leads to talk about the role. Overall, everyone was very friendly and communicative. Each person I spoke with left me feeling happy and positive with their friendliness. It was most behavioral questions and “tell me about a time you…”

Muitas etapas, mais de 3 meses para dar um retorno final (negativa dada na véspera de natal). Uma das entrevistadoras sequer leu meu CV antes da entrevista, o que levou a um grande constrangimento.
