In the informational interview which is supposed to be more about gaining information about the role, the interviewer instead spent most of the time interviewing me! Then, for the next round which was a technical round, they cancelled the technical round twice hours before scheduled, and finally the recruiter ghosted me with no response or feedback. I was expecting better from Facebook.
Applied through referral, recruiter reached out quickly, setup the HM call relatively quickly and then it was just silence. It's been a a few months, not sure what happened. Other interview experiences have been good, perhaps this was an aberration.

How would you set up a vision for a new Analytics team?
The hiring manager was extremely awkward during the interview. She didn't ask me any questions about me, just talked for a while and then at some point got bored and left early. Some of the other interviewers were nice. Most of them however asked questions totally unrelated to the role, and spent way too much time on "how's it done on your current job" rather than "how would you do it". I found the whole process off-putting enough that I'll never bother applying again.
