I got my first interview after a colleague who works there referred me through the internal system. Every conversation I had was lovely. The recruiter stayed in touch the whole time and offered preparation and feedback. I interviewed with decent people total, but did not get the role. Great experience, though!

it was pretty easy and straightforward. Had a lovely experience with the hiring manager and recruiter. Dug into my background and experience and how it was relevant for the role.

Poor. Waited ages for feedback. No communication between recruiter and hiring manager, super frustrating and unprofessional for a senior position. Lack of contact for a communications role in particular was really disappointing and had to go direct to hiring manager to get a response. Very poorly managed - heard the same from others who had also been through the process

On par with most other tech companies. Recruiter screening followed by interview with hiring manager then loop with cross functional colleagues. Took about 3 months but overall was a positive experience.
