I applied online, and get response within a few weeks. The process took 2 weeks. I read all the reviews for similar positions on Glassdoors, and watched the interviews movies on Youtube, stopped after the phone screen, I was told I can't move forward.

2 interview rounds after recruiter outreach, behavioral and casing / technical questions from both rounds, focusing on experience and working style. Overall very friendly and casual, had a lot of time for questions and felt more like a conversation

The process was very straightforward. It was a phone screen with a recruiter followed by 2 team interviews. I think the usually process can be lengthier depending on the team.
