The recruiter who reached out to me raced through reciting the job role and interview process details, never gave me a chance to ask questions, and came across as completely disinterested in me as a candidate. It felt like I was being interviewed just so a legal check box could be ticked. On an opposite note, the technical phone screen went very well. The interviewer described the problem thoroughly, answered questions well, and generally was someone I could see working with. I ended with a complete solution and answered all the interviewer's follow up questions with time to ask about company culture. I was contacted later through email with a rejection and specifically "Per company policy, I'm unable to share any direct feedback" from my recruiter. Came off very impersonal and reflected poorly on Facebook recruiting.
