Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Meta en may 2019
Entrevista
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After a chat about my interests and experienced, we set up a phone screen.
Phone screen was as described by the recruiter. It was 45 minutes long. After being called, we jumped right into two coding questions that were on the easier side of Leetcode medium. There were 5 minutes for questions at the end.
After that, I was invited on-site and given about a month to study. The recruiter gave me a bunch of prep materials and the interviews basically went as described. The coding questions were all about Leetcode medium level, some harder than others. Like the phone interview, you do have to finish both questions optimally in 40 minutes.
My tip for preparing for the on-site is to focus on medium level questions and just get really good at solving them quickly. Time how long it takes you to solve a new problem and keep going until you get under 20 minutes consistently. Also check for any optimizations before you say you’re done.

Signed NDA so can’t disclose specific questions. Study Facebook tagged Leetcode questions. While not all of them were on there, they focused on similar topics.

Generic LeetCode-style questions, many tagged as Meta, so extensive preparation is required to perform well in the technical interview. The experience varies significantly - some interviewers provide hints and guidance, while others expect candidates to solve problems independently with minimal assistance.
Spoke with interviewer over video conferencing. He was very communicative . He answered my questions. Asked me BFS question. A question that involved BFS search. Given a matrix, I am suppose to find a path from top left to down right.

The technical round hit me with a classic array manipulation problem: moving zeroes to the end without disrupting the order of non-zero elements. As I tackled it, I felt a wave of familiarity wash over me; I had just practiced a similar challenge on PracHub. The rest of the interview followed a straightforward path, with some easy behavioral questions sprinkled in. Overall, it felt very easy, but I wasn’t quite the right fit for what they needed, so I didn’t receive an offer.
