Applied through a referral. Recruiter reached out to me almost immediately. First phone screen was simply introduction. Then had another phone screen with hiring manager - 30 minutes each.
Scheduling was prompt and punctual. They expect you to be super excited about the role, without knowing much about it. Any doubt about it and you are OUT

Entrevista
I spoke with a recruiter/talent manager at FB for a phone screen and it was a very casual and fluid conversation of myself and my experience. She said there would be a few more steps... a manager phone screen. if that goes well, then a timed online exercise testing my excel skills and finally a F2F group interview.
My manager phone screen was OK but felt rushed... the hiring manager was 10 minutes late for a scheduled 30 min conversation.
